I have been working out and playing multiple sports since a very young age! Both my parents were star athletes! My mother was a track star and cheerleader from Greensburg Salem High School. My father was a star baseball player from Hempfield Area Senior High School! I quickly followed in their footsteps and from the age of five, and up I began playing softball.  I eventually played on three softball teams! West Point Recreation Softball, where my father Danny Hainesworth was the coach!  Also, West Point All Star team, and ASA Softball. We were all star athletes in our area!

I also was an elite gymnast for Westmoreland Gymnastics! I had very tough coaches and trained long hours. I competed in many meets placing first at states and being considered one of the best on my gymnastic team! I also was captain of my cheerleading squad in seventh and eighth grades at Wendover Middle School! I also ran track for Wendover running the 400m, 200m, 4x4 400m, and throwing discus! I was always invited to the WPIAL track and field invitational to compete! Only the best from each team we're invited! Going into my freshman year of high school, during a recreational softball game, I was covering for a stolen second base and the runner slid into my ankle. This caused a fracture in several places! I received 2 surgeries and had screws put in and then removed! Also, I had to do therapy to walk correctly again. This took 2 years to recover from, leaving me to retire at an early age from sports! I still continued to exercise every day, and currently train 7 days a week!

I think exercise is so important for overall health and well-being. Being active and working out increases endorphin levels and helps maintain not only your outer body, but your mental health as well! I suggest everyone to work out at least 3 to 4 days a week and maintain a healthy diet and sleep pattern! I believe this is crucial in success and overall happiness! Your body is your temple! Stay tuned for tutorials and work out videos!
